These terms govern your use of the skhse.com website and, once you engage us, our health & safety consultancy services. They are between you and Safety Key HSE Consultancy Services Ltd ("Safety Key HSE", "we"), a company registered in England & Wales.
Safety Key HSE provides UK health & safety consultancy services — risk assessments, fire safety documentation, food safety and hygiene support, training, visual inspections, and related reporting — prepared by qualified consultants. A named competent person is assigned to every client account under Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
Our reports and guidance are intended to support your compliance obligations. They are general guidance, not legal advice, and do not replace a site-specific risk assessment carried out with full knowledge of your premises and operations.
All prices shown on our pricing page are exclusive of VAT. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless you choose annual prepayment, which includes two months free. Add-on services (e.g. additional on-site visits, Fire Risk Assessments) are billed as incurred or as agreed with your consultant.
Our subscription plans are monthly and rolling. You may cancel at any point by giving notice to your consultant or to info@skhse.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing month. We do not require multi-year contracts.
You remain legally responsible for health & safety compliance at your business. Our role is to provide expert guidance, documentation and a named competent person — implementing agreed actions on site, providing accurate information about your business, and maintaining day-to-day safety practices remain your responsibility.
Reports, templates and materials we prepare for you are licensed for your internal use in operating your business and demonstrating compliance. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, methodology and know-how.
We carry out our services with reasonable skill and care in line with our professional qualifications. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Beyond that, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent form submissions, or attempting to access data that is not yours. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the data you submit through our forms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
